We strive to sell products that you will love but if for some reason you are unhappy with your online purchase, all return details can be found below.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
* All items must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached.
* Your order is less than 14 days old from the date a notice card is left for pickup or your pickup notification email.
*Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be accepted. It must be in its original condition.
*Anything purchased with a 15% or greater discount is final sale.
*Orders placed on FREE GIFT with purchase days, if a return results in an order total less than needed to receive the gift, the value will be deducted from return unless the gift is also returned.
*Personal items including bralettes, jewelry, hair ties, hats & drinkware are final sale.
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. You will receive the full value of the items returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. Restocking fees may be charged on custom orders or late returns.
After an order has been placed, it is immediately confirmed and can not be cancelled.
Click HERE to start your online return. You have 14 after the shipment date of your order to initiate the return process. If you will be returning items to our store, please DO NOT start the process online. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we process your return, you will receive an email with your store credit amount and the code to use it online. If you used free shipping for orders over $130 and your return results in the order total dropping below $130, the $10 original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
Please visit us in-store to return your items during regular business hours. You have 2 weeks from the date of your order pickup email to return.

If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 72 hours of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you. Printed designs will have slight variations in the design and this is NOT considered a defect.
FREE SHIPPING: Orders ship for free on orders over $130. Orders will be shipped the most economical method possible.
LETTERMAIL SHIPPING: This method is a lower cost and available for small orders. Lettermail shipping is NOT tracked or insured and lost packages will not be refunded or replaced by us.
**If you elect to have your order held beyond one week (usually in order to ship together with another item) the above policy does not apply. If you notify us within 7 days of receipt we can process an exchange for another size, if that item is still in stock. If your item has sold out, your purchase is then a final sale and we can not take it back for store credit.
