The Blonde Ambition Collection is proudly Canadian! These sweatshirts are made in North America and designed and printed here in Alberta! White is silk screened, rose gold is vinyl.

These sweaters are a 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend. They are super cozy and soft. They do fit generous so if you are in between sizes, we recommend you size down.

**2021 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY**

All regular priced items purchased between November 1st - December 24th can be returned in store or online until January 6th. Items must meet the normal return requirements listed below. Please note that any clearance items or accessories that would normally be final sale, are still final sales. 

We strive to sell products you will love but if, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, all return details can be found below. All returns are done for store credit only.
Returns must meet the following conditions: 
- unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- original tags are still attached
- hygienic liners must be FULLY attached 
**Items that do not meet this criteria or smell of smoke/perfume/body odor will not be accepted and are the customer's responsibility to have shipped back.**
Any item purchased at a discount of 15% or higher is a FINAL SALE.
Other items considered final sale: Undergarments - including bralettes, Drinkware, Jewelry, Hats, Stationary. Store credits will NOT be issued on final sale items.
Holiday themed items may be returned up until December 20th, regardless of the two week return policy.
In-Store Returns:

You have two weeks from the date of your purchase to return. Receipts are not required as we store purchase info. If you ordered online and selected Local Pickup, you have two weeks from the date that your order was ready for pickup, not the date you picked it up. Please visit the store to process your return.

Online Returns:

You have two weeks from the date your order was marked as delivered by the courier company. If you choose an untracked method of shipping, you have two weeks from the shipment date. All online returns need to be authorized by clicking HERE. Return instructions will then be emailed to you. You have FIVE days from the date of your return request to drop your package at the post office. Once your package has been received you will receive an email with your store credit information within three days of us receiving your package. Returns that are received late will be denied or have a 20% restocking fee applied.

If you are returning items from an order that took advantage of our Free Shipping offer, $10 will be deducted from your return in the event that your order total drops below the $130 dollars required. 

Exchanges:

Please visit our store for exchanges. We do not offer exchanges online. You are welcome to repurchase the item in the correct size once you receive your store credit. 

Damaged Items:

We thoroughly inspect items before sending them out but in the event that you do have something arrive damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order to receive a replacement or a refund. Damages caused by cutting open your package or removing hang tags will not be accepted. 

Order Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. We reserve inventory and start the order process immediately and as such, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

***If more than $800 of returns are made within a calendar year, a 20% restocking/handling fee will be deducted from each return moving forward. We do our best to help you decide on the size you need before ordering by providing measurements in the product description of each item. Please reach out to our support team before ordering multiple sizes of one item so we can help you get the best fit.  Effective June 24, 2021**
