Christmas Purchases: All regular priced Christmas purchases made AFTER November 1st have until January 4th to be returned for store credit! No returns will be accepted after this date.
We strive to sell products that you will love but if for some reason you are unhappy with your online purchase, you may return it on the following conditions:
* All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached. (If any tags were attached).
* It has been less than 14 days from the date of your shipment confirmation/pick-up email or 7 days from the delivery date, whichever is later.
*Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition.
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. You will receive the full value of the items returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
An order can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. After 24 hours your order is finalized and cannot be cancelled. Please see below for methods to return your order.
An email must be sent to email@example.com to confirm your return and for the return mailing address within two weeks of the date on your shipment confirmation email or one week from the Canada Post delivery date - whichever is later.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive your return, you will receive an email with your store credit amount and the code to use it online.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within two weeks of the date on your pickup notification email. Please include whether you would like to exchange for a different size or return for store credit. We will contact you with instructions for dropping your return off at our Warman location. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email with your store credit amount and the code to use it online. Please note, that you MUST FIRST CONTACT US BEFORE BRINGING YOUR RETURN BACK. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on unauthorized returns.

If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 72 hours of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.
**If you elect to have your order held beyond one week (usually in order to ship together with another item) the above policy does not apply. If you notify us within 7 days of receipt we can process an exchange for another size, if that item is still in stock. If your item has sold out, your purchase is then a final sale and we can not take it back for store credit.
