Shipping

Orders generally ship wither 3-5 business days from the date placed. We ship with Canada Post or Purolator.

Shipping costs:
     BC, AB, SK, MB - $11.99 (Large parcel $16.99)
     ON, QC, NB, NL, NS, NT, NU, PEI, YT - $15.99  (Large parcel $21.99)
     United States - $15 CAD (Large parcel $24 CAD)

Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $150. If your order contains larger than average items - thick shackets, puffer coats, felt hats, etc. they are considered large parcel. Large parcel shipping is free on orders over $200.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped the most economical way possible. This means there may not be tracking. Packages without tracking (Lettermail) are not insured and we are not responsible for lost items. Items such as footwear may not be shipped in boxes as it increases the shipping cost. If you would like the shoe box, please inform us and extra shipping charges may apply. 

Merge Order:
     For your convenience we have a Merge Order option available at checkout. This option is only to be used when you have an existing order open and would like to place an additional order and have them shipped together. If you choose this option and do not have an open order to combine with, you will be invoiced for the shipping cost and may experience shipping delays.
